Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Who we are
Nurition is a practitioner-guided supplement platform operated by Nurition Wellness Trading LLC (“Nurition”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@nurition.com.
2. Who this policy covers
- Practitioners — healthcare professionals who register for and use the platform.
- Patients — individuals whose supplement protocols and orders are managed on the platform by their practitioner.
- Leads / enquirers — people who submit an enquiry to us, including through our lead forms on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, our website, or referrals.
- Website visitors.
3. What data we collect
Account & profile data. Name, email, phone, clinic/practice details, professional specialty, and login credentials.
Patient & protocol data. Patient contact details and the supplement protocols, dosages, and orders a practitioner creates for them. Some of this may relate to a person’s health or wellness and is treated as sensitive data.
Order & payment data. Order contents, delivery details, and payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Lead-form data (incl. Meta lead ads). When you submit one of our lead forms — including forms served through Facebook or Instagram ads — we receive the information you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, and any practice details in the form) so our team can follow up with you.
Usage & device data. Log data, device/browser information, and analytics about how the platform is used.
Cookies & similar technologies. See section 8.
4. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you register, place or manage orders, or contact us.
- From you when you submit a lead form on our website or on a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad. We retrieve those submissions from Meta using the Meta Marketing API for lead forms on pages we operate.
- Automatically through cookies and analytics when you use the platform.
5. How we use it and our legal bases
- Provide and operate the platform (create accounts, manage protocols, fulfil and deliver orders) — to perform our contract with you.
- Respond to enquiries and leads — for our legitimate interest in following up with people who ask to hear from us, and/or your consent given on the form.
- Process payments and prevent fraud — contract and legal obligation.
- Send service messages (order confirmations and updates, including by email and WhatsApp) — contract / legitimate interest.
- Marketing communications — only where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law; you can opt out at any time.
- Improve, secure, and analyse the platform — legitimate interest.
We only process health-related data to provide the practitioner-guided service, and on the basis permitted by applicable law (including your or the practitioner’s explicit consent where required).
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run the service, with service providers acting on our instructions, including:
- Payment processing.
- Order fulfilment, invoicing, and delivery.
- Email and messaging — e.g. order notifications by email and WhatsApp.
- Advertising and lead capture — including Meta, for the lead forms you submit through Facebook/Instagram ads.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
We operate from the UAE and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to secure the platform, and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact privacy@nurition.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Data deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@nurition.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. This includes any information we received from a lead form you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram ad. We will verify the request and delete the data unless we are required to retain it by law.
12. Children
The platform is intended for healthcare practitioners and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data except as part of a patient record created and managed by a practitioner.
13. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant authorities of incidents where required.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
